'A Bonfire of Integrity' and at its epicentre the Trust's CEO Mrs Tracy Taylor, looking as if butter wouldn't melt in her mouth! How deceptive is that?
My experience of Mrs Tracy Taylor has taught me that she is RUTHLESS, HARD, HEARTLESS, INSOUCIANT, AND MOST OF ALL AN ABJECT BULLY, WHO DOESN'T HESITATE TO HARASS SOMEONE IF SHE THINKS THAT BY DOING SO SHE WILL GET HER OWN WAY IN CRUSHING DISSENT!
You picked the wrong Patient Mrs Taylor - I abhor bullies!
That is why I believe that Mrs Tracy Taylor is not a fit person to fulfill the role of Chief Executive of an NHS Trust.
Time to pack your bags ...

Instead of ensuring that my complaint was investigated openly and honestly, Mrs Tracy Taylor, who regularly involved herself in the progress of the complaint, deliberately chose not to involve an appropriate clinician and ensured, at all cost, that another orthotist did not talk to me or examine my feet, nor gain access to either pair of unsuitable/ill-fitting shoes, nor numerous pairs of orthoses that she and her Trust callously condemned me to have to manage with for months on end: which undoubtedly damaged my feet and destroyed mobility.
How can anyone be so stupid/arrogant to decide whether shoes fit and orthoses were suitable for someone with damaged feet to wear, without asking someone qualified to examine them or the patient's feet? There was NO examination of either: and I should know! After Mrs Taylor and her Trust had dragged their feet for months on end Mrs Tracy Taylor decided to 'wrap it up in a day', in my absence, without any reference to me! How shameful is that?
By the Trust's own admission, the Orthotics Company Otto Bock (more about them soon), refused to carry on treating me solely because I had raised a complaint, and Mrs Tracy Taylor and her colleagues refused to appoint another orthotist to make alternative arrangements to meet my urgent ongoing needs, month after month after month. The result was unimaginable pain levels and loss of sleep because of persistent 'cramps' in both calves, of which BOTH Mrs Tracy Taylor and Mrs Alison Last 'Head of Patient Experience' (since promoted) and in overall charge of the Trust's Complaints Managers was well aware, both of whom had medical backgrounds - something they could have easily checked up on. Once again, how shameful!

Why would they have done that, other than to avoid their appalling incompetence, maladministration and medical negligence from coming to light?
Why steadfastly refuse to allow anyone clinically independent to examine my feet, or the shoes and orthoses they provided? They had five-and-a-half months to arrange things - and a very long while since to review their decision!
In a nutshell that is why I believe that Mrs Tracy Taylor CEO is a HARD, HEARTLESS, INSOUCIANT, BULLY.
To all intents and purposes Mrs Tracy Taylor set herself up as ...
... Judge and Jury
... ... without letting me have any opportunity to dispute a word of their 99-page Report, that I was prohibited from seeing until the day of the Meeting that I was nowhere near well enough to attend - how evil is that?
I was incredulous when my 'Designated Complaints Manager' told me that SHE had not seen the Report and knew nothing about the contents! BELIEVE IT - IT'S TRUE! Now who does that remind you of? And the Trust's Board appear to be quite happy about it - assuming the Executive Members and especially the Independent Members (who all have 'a duty of care' to all the Trust's Patients) are aware of how Complaints are determined by their CEO? If not, it is long overdue that they acted to ensure the truth comes out.
Would anyone in their right mind believe that I would have failed to attend if I had been well enough to - not likely!
IT WAS MY CHANCE TO DISPENSE A FEW 'HOME TRUTHS', AND PRODUCE HARD EVIDENCE TO BACK UP MY COMPLAINT.
